POSTA gallery is a space for contemporary art of the curator Boyana Djikova and the artists Aaron Roth and Vikenti Komitski, located in a storefront, situated on Dondukov Blvd. №34. The space was founded in November 2021.
The location of the exhibitions implies direct contact between the audience and the works, the author's messages and concept. Outside of the gallery context and institutional affiliation, POSTA relies on the primary impression of the works it exhibits, directly integrating contemporary art into the urban environment. The program includes both Bulgarian and foreign authors.
A key part of the project is the mixing of techniques and media. Тhe program presents artists in the fields of painting, installation art, photography, sculpture and text-based visual arts. It is the creation of bridges between different disciplines in the arts that is the focus of POSTA.
The gallery presents both established and young artists.
Among the exhibitions in POSTA gallery are: "The universe is a battery" by Martin Penev (2022); "Street Impressions Sofia 24.09.2022 - 28.092022" by Brad Downey (2022); "Blue Hour" by Marta Djorina (2022); "Transposition" by Stella Vasileva (2022); "Comfortably D/Numb" by Dessislava Terzieva (2022).
